Lightzone for fuji upgrade#
It is false so I still have 2019 and I am not about to upgrade until this is corrected once and for all. * ACDSee claimed to have solved the random crashes with 2020 version. I export all onto PNG after editing and a program that does not read one of the best output (other than TIFF) is just worthless. As mentioned, all have quirks.Īs to editing, I just use PS CC/ACR since I can do whatever with it. On that aspect Fastone is better but Fastone is slow when renaming single files but fast with a batch. I almost ceased to use it due to random crashes when dealing with GIF files*.

I do not use LR at all, it is powerful, flexible and versatile for many but I do not mass produce images so.Ī note on ACDSee. I have Bridge (like most of us), ACDSee, Fastone and a few others to organize my images, each offer a different quirk to organisation. I was lees than impressed as you can tell. I was looking at this program because I was curious after it was mentioned in a thread. What on Earth so difficult about that? Whenever you need GIF, PNG or WEBP, simply export the processed images as TIFF and then import them into some basic freeware file conversion program that can convert to those formats there are plenty which can do this. It is raw conversion/raw processing software.

It is not designed/intended to read non-raw files. If you have a camera with a raw file format not supported their are people on the development team who will assist you in developing a raw profile. Quite reasonable for an open source product.
